Standard terms for personalised bulk quotes. Final pricing and conditions are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.

  • Minimum order

    Bulk pricing applies from 10 kits and above.

  • Personalised quote

    Prices are tiered by volume and confirmed by written quote, valid for 30 days.

  • Payment

    Orders are paid in full on confirmation. BACS or card accepted; invoicing available for approved education and employer accounts.

  • Lead time

    7–14 days from order confirmation, subject to volume and tool availability.

  • Shipping

    Free tracked UK delivery to a single address on all orders. Multi-site delivery available at cost.

  • Substitutions

    We reserve the right to substitute items of equivalent or better quality where a specific brand is unavailable.

  • Returns

    Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened kits are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Warranty

    12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all included tools. Wear items and consumables excluded.

  • Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; deposit is refundable less any tooling already procured to fulfil the order.
